*students, pensioners and the unemployed have 50% discount on the registration fee
Registration fee and all organisational costs (travel expenses, food and accommodation) will be covered by ERASMUS+ programme for 50 selected foreign participants from ERASMUS+ programme and partner countries. Travel expenses will be refunded as soon as you submit all the tickets, boarding passes, invoices and receipts after the project. Travel budget varies between countries, depending on the travel distance between the country of origin and Radenci, Slovenia.
Payment deadline: 7 June 2022
The registration fee includes the participation in the international conference, a conference participation certificate (to be used as a promotion-assigning credential), the conference proceedings and break snacks.

The application form is regarded as a purchase order form. It is the basis for the registration fee payment.

An invoice will be issued by e-mail.
Cancellation is possible until 7 June 2022, in which case 70% of the paid registration fee will be returned. Otherwise, the entire registration fee shall be kept.
The registration fee for the conference is the same regardless of whether you will be present at the conference for one day, two or three days.
